- Place the sausages on a baking sheet and bake them in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, turning them occasionally until they're golden brown and cooked through.

- In a separate pan, fry the bacon over medium heat until it's crispy to your liking. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add the halved tomatoes and cook for a few minutes on each side until they start to soften and caramelize. Remove and set aside.
